Participants: Those involved in teaching and supporting learning in Project Management.
Aims and Objectives of the Session
The session will aim to explore the relationship between key areas of knowledge and craft in project management and identify the implications for learning and teaching.
The objectives are to:
- update participants with the progress of the network to date, including the outputs from Workshop 1;
- discuss current approaches to competency;
- investigate the rhythm of learning; and
- reveal and discuss how a good balance of both knowledge and craft can be achieved.
By the end of the session participants will have gained a better understanding of and developed some ideas for:
- Identifying opportunities for the enhancement of project management learning and teaching
- Sharing project management learning and teaching knowledge and skills within the Network
- Agreeing an action plan for future work
